Online Returns Policy

DELIVERY

We deliver all of our items using a courier service or a Royal Mail delivery service.

Shipping is charged at £3.95.  "Collect in Store" option is free.  Please select this at the checkout.

Please allow up to 5 working days for the item to be processed and shipped. 

 

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, please first inform us at contactus@thecoppertree.co.uk to let us know.

We will refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, excluding postage. 

Returned products must meet the following criteria for a refund:

  1. The item must be in a saleable condition.  Please be careful when trying on, that you aren't wearing any make up, perfume or deodorant which may mark the garment or leave a scent.  Garments will be inspected upon return and, if conditions are not met, a refund may not be given and the garment may be returned to sender, or a credit note issued at our discretion.

  2. Please carefully package everything as it arrived to you, with all tags still in place.

To return your online purchase please:

  1. Return your goods within 14 days of delivery in the original condition with original packaging plus tags intact to: The Copper Tree, 29 Bridge Street, Usk, Monmouthshire NP15 1BQ 

Please note! Goods are your responsibility until they arrive at our premises and any unsuitable items are returned to us at your cost.  We recommend using a trackable service.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT

In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged, faulty or is incorrect, please notify us within 24hrs of receipt using our email address: contactus@thecoppertree.co.uk
