DELIVERY

We deliver all of our items using a courier service or a Royal Mail delivery service.

Shipping is charged at £3.95. "Collect in Store" option is free. Please select this at the checkout.

Please allow up to 5 working days for the item to be processed and shipped.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, please first inform us at contactus@thecoppertree.co.uk to let us know.

We will refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, excluding postage.

Returned products must meet the following criteria for a refund:

The item must be in a saleable condition. Please be careful when trying on, that you aren't wearing any make up, perfume or deodorant which may mark the garment or leave a scent. Garments will be inspected upon return and, if conditions are not met, a refund may not be given and the garment may be returned to sender, or a credit note issued at our discretion.
Please carefully package everything as it arrived to you, with all tags still in place.
